- Describe any relevant experience without including confidential information.
- Explain when you are available and whether you prefer remote or in-person participation.

QUESTIONS TO ASK
- Which volunteering opportunities are currently available?
- What eligibility checks, training or preparation are required?
- Who will be my point of contact?
- Are there costs, travel arrangements or accessibility requirements to discuss?
